To whom this may concern my name is Betty Kyle i was also scammed i ordered a ice make on 03-29 2021 only received and ice scoop the price was 19.99 plus 7.99 tax i did not no about this cite until now but i am reaching out to anybody who will respond to me. in email or by phone 9038462280 this is uncalled for may god bless the one who scammed all of us thank you respectfully yours Betty kyle .

I purchased the nugget ice maker and scoop for $27.98. the machine was $19.99 I only received the scoop. I paid through pay pal, so I did a dispute and also called pay pal. they refunded my money right away, they said they have had multiple cases on this same issue.

Homehelperes advertises a portable ice maker that hooks up to your sink via Facebook. When you order it, they send you a metal scoop instead of the ice maker.

The website advertised great items to be sold at 19.99. You put them in your cart...everything seems legit. You go to checkout and give your means of payment....everything seems legit. I had intentions of purchasing 2 of their items for 19.99 each. So, 39.98 + tax at the end of the transaction. Then comes the shipping. Woweeeeeeeeeeeee!! Literally, my shipping was going to be: (get ready for this)...

$9,999,999.00. Yes, my overall purchase total exceeded 10 million dollars. Yikes. Ridiculous!!
