When going onto Homechef's website they make you enter your payment information before you can even look at products. I browsed through products and added a handful t to a cart, but it kept adding things to the cart that I didn't want. Ultimately I decided not to purchase anything and existed out of the website. At the beginning of the next week I received a PayPal charge of 78.88 saying that I purchased a subscription with them. Which I did not. I called Homechef to complain and they said, "Well since we already processed the order we can only offer you a half refund". I told him that I never even made an order this is illegal and that I was going to complain to the BBB. He just said, "I completely understand and I understand if you dispute the whole charge somewhere else", as if this has happened before.
