Received letter from Home Warranty Division Private & Confidential addressed to my deceased mother. Letter indicates final notice that her home warranty is expiring. Very aggressive language about loss of coverage and immediate response. She does not, never had a home warranty. No return address, no company name, no Web site. Very official looking notice. Had her name and our address. Definitely a phishing scam to her her to call the phone number (800) 404-4504 to 'renew' a home warranty. I will include a photo of the letter.

They have our name, home address and mortgage lender listed on the document mailed to our home. A notice to inform us that the properties home warranty may be expiring or may have already expired and that we have not contacted them yet to get our home warranty up-to-date. They want a phone call immediately because this is their final attempt to notify us about activating our home warranty. Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse in coverage could result in us being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs the name listed at the bottom is Evelyn Landry title program director operating hours Monday through Friday 7 AM to 8 PM Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM.
