There was no company name, return address or contact information other than the phone number, 888-413-5452 to call "for uninterrupted protection." Shows "Mechanical Systems" with the header "Homeowner Protection Division" on one side of the postcard and "Home Records Division" on other side. A scam, as wording creates sense of urgency. The body of the text reads: "Dear (homeowner), This is your Warranty Replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call 1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement."

Postcard received from "Home Records Division" with a Warranty Replacement Notice, advising me to register to continue protection. Dwelling, mechanical systems, inside/outside coverage are mentioned. I don't have any kind of home warranty, so this notice to "continue" coverage was immediately suspect.

We received a card with a registration ID and PIN number. It said "Warranty Replacement Notice CALL 1888-414-5452 for uninterrupted protection." Claiming our warranty is expiring 6-6-2025 and the notice date. It was vague on what "coverage" or "components" the warranty was responsible for.

"This is your warranty replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call +1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement."
