Postcard received from "Home Records Division" with a Warranty Replacement Notice, advising me to register to continue protection. Dwelling, mechanical systems, inside/outside coverage are mentioned. I don't have any kind of home warranty, so this notice to "continue" coverage was immediately suspect.

Multiple contacts by mail from"Homeowner Protection Division" over months about our Warranty Replacement for Mechanical Systems Protection was about to lapse according to their "Home Records Division"! Latest postcard received from "Homeowner Protection Division" stated " REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION" Type of Location: Dwelling, Component Element Center-Mechanical System, Coverage Area Inside/Outside, Expiration Date, 6/6/25. Notice Date, 5/14/2025. Call 1-888-413-5452 for uninterrupted Protection."

We received a card with a registration ID and PIN number. It said "Warranty Replacement Notice CALL 1888-414-5452 for uninterrupted protection." Claiming our warranty is expiring 6-6-2025 and the notice date. It was vague on what "coverage" or "components" the warranty was responsible for.

"This is your warranty replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call +1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement."
