Home warranty scam. The contact name listed is Andy Perkins 1-888-421-5993. The notice threatens my "home warranty" and threatens that it might expire unless I contact Andy Perkins. I get one of these in the mail at least once a month, I think. It says "Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse in coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs. However, you still may have time left to activate a warranty on your home before it is too late"

Repeated "final notices" received after purchasing my house in 2024. They've used my current last name as well as my 2 previous last names, so they must have access to my credit report somehow. They know the amount of my home loan as well as the name of my lender. The contact name listed is Andy Perkins 1-888-421-5993. The notice threatens my "home warranty" and threatens that it might expire unless I contact Andy Perkins. I get one of these in the mail at least once a month, I think. It says "Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse in coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs. However, you still may have time left to activate a warranty on your home before it is too late."
