However, up to this time of writing, construction never started yet. Repeated calls and emails to the company produced no response. I checked Basilica Construction website it says, permanently closed. The employees I interacted with, the sales agent and the project manager that went to our house were not employed by the company anymore. The person I talked to in their office in-person before is not answering calls and emails, too. Meanwhile, the loan company, FinanceIT, already took 6 bi-weekly payments from my bank account, and I owe them the amount mentioned above. What will I do? Who can I turn to? I need help. I think, this is a scam.
