Home Headquarters made many attempts to reach the beneficiary stating she qualified for a home improvement grant and she was eligible. The beneficiary accepted and shared the information required including the deed to her home and SSA number among other information. She had the repairs done under the guise that she was obtaining a grant from the government in her community. She later received a bill from a bank for $14,714.00 and after receving this she called the County Clerk's office and they stated the deed to her home was altered and Home Headquarters was now on the deed to the beneficiaries home. Was able to work with the bank and got the Home Headquarters name off the deed.
