Harassing and Breaking the Law

I repeatedly receive calls and texts from Home Buyers Network. When I ask for their contact information, they hang up on me. They continue to bother me despite me informing them that I am on the do not call list. The calls are coming from 941-271-5065. When I called back, the original caller, who first identified herself as Avie Crystal, now told me that her name is Rhea Anderson. She refused to give me information about the organization. She said she would have to speak to her manager but refused to give me his name. She also did not ask for my name so I'm not sure how she plans to have a manager call me back.

Too stupid to update their database

Since June 2021 I've been receiving phone calls from these [censored]es asking to speak to a person who is not at my number. When I tell them they have the wrong number, they either (a.) apologize and say they'll remove my number from their call list --they never do, and two or three days later some other [censored] calls asking to speak to the same person; or (b.) ask me if I would like to sell them any property -- as if I would trust someone to buy my home when they are too freaking stupid to even update their database. They've literally called me hundreds of times, and each time, a different number appears in caller ID with the "spam risk" tag. These numbers are active only for a few days, meaning they are using burner phones. When you ask for a name of the company, they can't give one. When you ask for a corporate headquarters office, they can't give one, and when you ask for their names or the names of their supervisors, they give BS names. So far I've spoken to Marshall Black, Emma Blue, Charlie Green, David Brown, Paul White, and a few others like that; I guess they only hire people named after colors. And when you call them back to complain, they block your number; so I guess it's OK for them to call and harass me, but when I try to do the same, that's not OK. I've already reported them to the FTC, the FCC, the Attorney General's Office for the state of North Carolina (where all the calls originate and where the property is that they say they want to buy), the Attorney General of the State of New York where I'm located, and several other government agencies and they have done nothing. This has gone on for far too long, and these jerks need to be in jail.

Scammer texted me using family's last name and a relative's first name. Then asked to purchase my house. When asked "who are you?", they responded with same first name but different last name (all probably bogus), gave Home Buyers Network company and inquired on buying my house/property (don't know if they have my address or not but likely do). Told them to p**s off for using my family's last name in message, made me think originally that it was a relative contacting me.

Are you receiving constant phone calls about wanting to purchase my home

+19015870851,+19013504676,+16369160161,+19014994660,+48739067220 these are just a few of the phone numbers I've been receiving unwanted calls from about purchasing my home. I have repeatedly ask to stop calling but they just use different numbers. This has to stop.

I was called yesterday a "John" asking if I wanted to sell my house. When I asked how he got my unlisted/unpublished records he said it was from county records. I said that was a lie because I already confirmed they don't give out phone numbers, so I asked again and he said again county records. When I asked for him to give me the specific agency he said " I can't disclose that'. also would not disclose his last name. What I would like to know is where they are obtaining not just my name, but also address along with unlisted phone number. Obviously its by some illegal means. If anyone knows how, please tell me.

Scammer: I am reaching out because we were interest in a home I think you own, "my address". We are very interested in the property, but I was not sure if you would be open to an offer?

Me: How did you get my number?

Scammer: Our marketing department gave it to me wanting me to reach out. We own a handful of properties in the area and were just reaching out to see if you were interested in selling?

Me: You still have not identified yourself so I am not confirming any information for you. Ben from where?

Scammer: Ben with The Home Buyers Network. We own a handful of properties in the area and were just reaching out to see if you were interested in selling?

Me: Ben, you see this pic below? (Pic of exact ScamPulse.com scam from someone else's report not included) I am about to report you to BBB, the FTC, and my local congressperson. You are hereby notified to delete this number or any identification associated with this number.
