Found this from an ad on Facebook. Was for Hoka shoes. Looked legit at the time but looking at the confirmation email I received after ordering I can see the red flags. The website obviously was not a legit Hoka website and the email address as well was obviously not legit. Lost $49.94 and will try to see what my bank will do.

A Facebook ad and store front selling Hoka shoes at a reduced price just before Christmas. Everything was online and looked like a legitimate website. After the order, an invoice is sent showing the shoes and the charged amount. When utilizing the provided customer support email address, I got no response.

I saw a Facebook ad to purchase Hoka shoes on clearance. The link took me to what looked like a Hoka clearance website so I proceeded with my purchase. I received an email confirmation with links to view my order status and also to return to the store. I waited the anticipated full wait time to receive my shoes (2-3 days prcoessing plus 10-15 days shipping) but had not received the shoes. I clicked on the link to review my order status and it said they had not shipped yet so I emailed the addrress provided in my receipt and received no reply. Now when I click on the links in my receipt on order status and store, they no longer work. And I have still not received my shoes. My credit card company is investigating .

The scammer advertised HOKA sneakers deal on Facebook. I bought 3 sneakers and never received it. I am disputing the charges with my credit card.

The charges were made under THEODUO LEGGINS LLC in the amount of $79.

Offered discount Hoka brand athletic shoes. Site looked legit, got a confirmation email. After not receiving merchandise a month later noticed contact email was a Gmail account and not legit. Credit card was charged under another company name.

I purchased Hoka sneakers from an ad that I saw on Facebook. The website looked legitimate. Needless to say I realize within a week that it was not legitimate and I was scammed. I have tried to contact them via email and no reply, now the website doesn’t open up anymore.

Used HOKA name & copyright on order form & website link. Emailed me order confirmation & charged credit card $69.95 on 12/28/2023. Two attempts to email the customer service came back as invalid as did the "Visit Store" link on Jan 10 & 11, 2024.

identified a shoe sale, clearance of HOKA tennis shoes. Purchased tennis shoes on the website for a reduced price from the normal retail price and to allow up to 15 days to ship product. When going back to the website to verify shoes were shipped, the website is now selling womens clothing and when I input my order number into the website, it says that data is invalid.

HOKA-usaclearance.com I ordered tennis shoes. They took my money and never sent me anything. I got confirmation ordered numbers. Contact them. And we were scammed do not order anything. My order was placed on December 18, 2023.

I fell for an after Christmas sale ad on Instagram from a fraudulent website posing as a Hoka clearance center. After “tracking” the package the day it was supposed to arrive it said it was still not shipped which prompted me to look back at the original confirmation email where I quickly realized the customer care email was a scam. Looked into it further and was right. I am out $70 and plan to dispute the charge.

It was an instagram advertisement. Everything seemed legitimate. They had copyrighted information on site. I knew the shoes were being discontinued because I bought them from the original company before and they're no longer available. When I got the receipt it had an gmail email. Then when I tried to find where my shipment was the site no longer had phone numbers or addresses listed. Now any information I provided for the payment is available to the scammer for future uses.
