This website claimed to make custom jackets. I ordered a black and white wool like jacket. After over a month since ordering I finally received a package. In it was a blue and cream pattern printed on a shirt. It is nothing like the pictures or even their own description. I contacted the company multiple times to return. Their website claims "Hassle Free Returns If Products Have Issues", the product is nothing like what was ordered. Every email they give a very low percentage of the return back but never 100% as asked. They complained about how much return shipping would be and that I should just keep the item. I have no use for this since it is not black and white nor even a jacket. They want it shipped back to Pakistan, Karachi City, Sindh 75300. This is supposedly a USA company out of California but it is clearly not. This company is false advertising and shipped out wrong items to take hard working people's money.
