The interview was actually a Zoom meeting with nearly 200 attendees. He introduced himself as "Mark from BWJ", talked about his uncle starting "SVH Tours and Travel" 30 years ago, and tried to sell us on their brand, company ethos, explain how their business works, etc. He says he's looking to hire 80 "Consultants" all at once and wants to skip the usual interview route, saying they'll just do a performance review in 4 months. He decided then that everyone would be set up today (Friday), train Monday, and be functional by Tuesday. As he started going through the information, I realized it was basically a travel agent position, and started searching online to see what I could find now that I had the business name(s). Everyone online said it was fraud and that they try to take your personal info and make you buy a travel agent license through them. At this point (about 20 minutes in), I dropped off the Zoom meeting (as had about 90 other people). I think they are using LinkedIn to draw people in, as I just submitted a bunch of applications there yesterday.
