On April 14, 2025, I placed an order for four pairs of shoes from a company called Birkenstock-Zappos, which I found through an advertisement on Facebook. I completed the purchase using my ******** credit card, but the payment was processed via PayPal.

The order included a tracking link, which indicated that the items were delivered on May 5, 2025. However, I never received the package. When I attempted to contact the tracking service, I discovered that their website was only available in Chinese, and I was unable to obtain any assistance.

Additionally, the original website for the company I ordered from is no longer active, making further communication impossible.
