Placed an order through the shopify site after signing up for their SMS system stating that they were "releasing" new product. Promptly placed an order, and became suspicious when the website went down and I did not receive a tracking number. I reached out to contact them via instagram DM 2 weeks later after not receiving my product and they were extremely unprofessional responding to prompts for information with, "i got u bro," and then not following up with any information. Later on, I contacted them via email address and they said that they would provide a refund, and I asked for confirmation that a refund would be provided; they did not follow up with any information. I contacted them again on instagram, someone said they would not be providing me with a refund and my inquiry was promptly removed from the comment section.
