I purchased a wallet for Christmas on Dec 8, 2024. The company said they were located in Nevada. However, when I started tracking it, it was imported and took 3 weeks to get it. Once I received it, it did not meet the standard promised. I made several attempts to exchange or refund the item. However, I only received 2 responses back from the company and they were identical responses. I haven't heard from them and nothing was ever done. I did tell them I would report them to the BBB. Still nothing.

Order placed online on Dec 11, 2024. Product arrived Dec 30, 2024 and wasnt what was advertised. A request to return and a refund was send the same day. No response was received after several emails asking for return approval. Jan 15 received an email from "Lauren" who said they are looking into my request and heard from them again. This is a scam.

I purchased an item on December 6th and paid for 3-5 day shipping. The item did not arrive until Dec 28th. Then the item does not fit the photo id despite the website stating that it "fits American ID's perfectly". Without fitting an id the product is completely useless. The website also states that you can contact them through email and they will respond within 24 hours. I have emailed 3 times over 2 weeks and have not received responses. The website states it the product doesn't fit it is returnable up to 90 days, you just have to email them to start the process. Which I did and they did not respond. There is no other way to contact them, so at this point I am out the money and have a useless product.

I ordered a wallet from Heroic Ids as a Christmas gift on November 15, 2024. The company took the amount from my debt card and sent me an email that my package was on its way. The email included a tracking number. The package status as of December 4, 2024 shows the package is undeliverable. I contacted Heroic Ids using the email address on their website ([email protected]) on December 6, 2024 and again on December 10, 2024. I haven't received a response nor a refund as today, December 31, 2024.
