The Cremation expenses were denied and my mother never received a dime in response to the work he put in. I wound up contacting DFAS
myself to find out the hold up and was told that is a service that you should never pay for. I did the paperwork with the help of DFAS and received
the money in no time. This is a service that should never be paid for and this guy, Russell Fox with Benefits Consulting is taking advantage of
military families (mostly upon death of a vet) to make money. Now he refuses to return my money!! I have become aware of other people that given him money
and they are still waiting on "results".
