I signed up for an astrology app via Facebook for a 7 day plan for $8.16 to try out the Moongrade App. I signed up via PayPal. Canceled the subscription and the app the day after getting it. It was not a very good app or website. October 7 they charged me $30.99 for another 7 day plan. On November 9 they charged me for another $30.99 for another 7 day plan. I canceled the subscription September 30. I do not have access to the app anymore because I deleted the subscription and the app and they have access to my PayPal account and keep charging. The charges from the Moongrade app are from “Medical Score” which is what they charge under their email is under [email protected] none of it refers to the Moongrade app name which is what they market themselves as. My charges were made without authorization and I do not know how to get my money back or how to keep them from making more fraudulent charges.
