The tracking number provided for my order is not a Us based site. They are using fake tracking numbers to fulfill orders. This is a scam!!!!!!!

This is a scam website. Wife spent $123 on some jewelry and received $10 worth of garbage. This site is clearly ripping off a real site that goes by, Helens Gems and Jewelry. The site also claims to have a "no questions" refund policy for 30 days. Not so. After requesting a refund we were given the opportunity to get a 50% discount to buy more garbage. They claimed it could cost up to $50 dollars in shipping costs, to return the items, because we would have to send them to Poland. The original package came from China. The jewelry is garbage and getting a refund doesn't look like it's going to happen without a struggle. Do not patronize this company.

Initially saw on FB, believed the little old lady who is regretfully closing her business. Tracking info shows the shipping location is Dayone, China. Cancelled order when I realized this is a scam website, but the order was shipped the next day anyway. There is no viable link to process a return on their website.
