Online Retailer Scam

On line shop claiming "Each lamp is carefully handcrafted to ensure lasting beauty, quality craftsmanship, and a timeless glow, making every room come alive with warmth and character."
Instead i received a hawty painted piece of plastic not looking anything like the advertised product. I placed the order on September 25th 2025, and received the order October 10th 2025 from Uni Uni carrier. I emailed them back on their "order delivered" email demanding a refund of money. They made up excuses as to why a refund would be so hard. After 3 back and forth emails, they have offered 25 % off my next order and to keep the items.
