Ordered a gaming chair from a website that disappeared after taking my money.

I ordered a gaming chair from the website Hedchue.com that had an official ad campaign and social media account. Based on these factors and my research about the website and company, I thought it appeared legitimate. After months of waiting for my order and tracking the "package," the status had stated that it had arrived. It was nowhere to be found, and I had been keeping in touch via email with their customer support at [email protected]. They showed fake sympathy and attempted to try and "expedite the shipping process" and give my package priority. I still have not received it, and it appears that the website has been taken down.
