I was attempting to purchase an excavator and reached out to arrange a time to view and pick it up in person. Shortly after, I received a purchase agreement via email. When I called for clarification, I was informed that they only accept payment through a wired money order from a bank and that they exclusively deliver the equipment—local pickup and cash payments were not allowed. The unusual payment method and refusal to allow an in-person transaction raised concerns and made the situation seem potentially fraudulent.
