This company offered a 30-day guarantee but when I asked for a refund they kept sending me generic emails about how they were unable to cancel my subscription at that time and kept charging my credit card. It was supposed to be a monthly subscription which then turned into them just charging my card whenever they wanted. I contacted them numerous times and always received a generic answer. They did send the product twice (vitamins). Which is honestly a garbage product. My bank ended up just blocking further payments from them.
