I replied to what was advertised as a free offer of CBD. I had two withdrawals of $7.81 for postage or whatever which I have no problem with. Three weeks later charges totaling $215.76 showed up on my checking account. I have gone online and the ScamPulse.com contacted them referencing Section 18. The ScamPulse.com contacted them in March of 2021 and has yet to get a response. There have been at least 42 complaints against this company. Section 18 states that “Any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide customers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option features”. They positively did not provide that information. I called their phone number and there wasn’t any answer. I think that I may have found an email on a different site. On there “Contact Us” page there isn’t any email listed.

Ordered CBD Gummies and Oil as a "Free Trial" and was billed $7.91 and $7.83 for shipping and handling on 3/22/2021. On 4/8/2021 I was billed $109.88 and $105.88, a charge I did not authorize. I did not elect to receive any further shipments and immediately filed a fraud charge dispute with my credit card company. The sample product had zero effect on my condition and i would not have ordered ore under any circumstance.

On 5/18/2021 I received another shipment that I had not authorized. I attempted to access the website listed on the bottle but of course the site does not exist. There are several complaints identical to mine on the ScamPulse.com website, the seller claims a box was checked to approve future shipments but I did not check any such box. If it exists, it is super fine print and defaults to checked. This seller is a fraud and it's procedures are designed to create future sales not customer satisfaction. I have product to be returned to the seller if they are willing to provide a valid address and shipping label.
