Order on 1/1/26 from HayaHerbs.com package expected on 1/8/26 reached out to seller 1/22/26 didn’t hear from them reached out again 1/28/26. Seller responded 1/28/26 conversation on package moving slowly in transit. I asked for refund, seller email they will issue refund when courier package is lost in transit. I reached out to courier who confirmed package is lost. Emailed seller 2/13/26 to update them on lost package and still no response via email. Have more screenshots of conversation but site only allow me to upload one image
