I seen on the this website that people say it's a scam and the products are stolen They had a package sent to me and now I don't know whether to turn it in to law enforcement or ship it anyways? I just don't know what to do I don't want to get in any trouble can someone please help me?

A week or so ago I was contacted from this company called Hawkline express offering me job making $4300/Month on salary pay getting paid bi weekly after 30-31 days but I recently learned that this is fake company and I was scammed , they told me to send them picture of my Identification and that I would be a cargo checker . I knew from the beginning that this was a scam company and I’m just writing to let everyone know be aware do your research on company’s before just accepting them.

They called me through phone andntold me we could go through the hiring process but we needed to do a quick interview first, mind you i never applied in the first place and i was kinda suspicious but i also really needed a job . After the interview we went forward with the hiring process and she sent me the email to put my name and face eith the id and my actual id front and back. She told me to wait until a manager contacted me to go foward with the hiring to you know send the paperwork. So ive waited until today and i kept calling them to see what the hold up was until i finally started to get fully suspicious of this whole thing and looked it up on google. Thats when i found this site saying it was all a scam. Im so upset you have no idea. Please if your reading this beware of this scam and be safe.

Contacted for job opportunity by email, provided personal info, asked for front and back of ID, as well as photo of face next to ID. Was promised a pay rate of 4300/month. Was offered bonuses. Received a package with a 1oz gold bar with invoice included from APMEX, later sent to "customer" through UPS. Was asked to pay 1000 from my personal credit card and that I would be paid back when I received my "salary". Was contacted by email and phone by persons claiming to work for the company under the names Dirk Bailey, Minerva Watson, etc.

They reached out to me for the position of cargo carrier. I was excited, but looking over the website I checked for the date the website was created for the company and it was only about a week old. The website did look pretty good for the most part though, so I kept that thought in the back of my head. When they finally called me the questions they asked were super broad and not very specific. I asked how long they've been doing operations in the United States and they responded with 6 years. That was red flag number one, then they wanted me to fill out their onboarding sheet while on call with me which was red flag two. I told them I was out and I'd fill out when I got home. I then re looked up the company to see somebody else had reported something similar, so I wanted to make sure I did my part too.
