Ordered shoes from HASRunner, payment went to a personal PayPal

I placed an order for a pair of running shoes on HASRunner website (HastTaxi.com) and paid for it by credit card. After receipt of the credit card transaction, I found that the payment was made to the personal name of Kevin Jair Liberato (PayPal). I doubted that the website should be a scam and fraudulent and so I emailed them at [email protected] to tell that I would like to cancel the order, however, my email was unable to deliver to them and returned me. I tried to call them at (797) 313-4799, however, their telephone number didn't work.
