I was contact by a entity that stated that I owed money on an account from 2009. I didn’t believe because I didn’t know what they were talking about. They knew my name and address. As I talked to them further things weren’t making sense. They sent me a form to make payments but this item was on my credit report, they had my social wrong on the document, they organization list on the document doesn’t exist, the address listed belongs to another law firm and the phone they have is from NJ but the address is from Canada. And finally, they emailed me from a gmail account. I believe this is fraud.
