Ordered from HailsArt. Her name is Hailey M Carroll. She is scamming people for money. She’s pretending to have pre ordered plushies but you never get your order. I filed a complaint with the FTC and if you’re going through the same situation please Also file a complaint with the FTC against her so they can investigate her !

She does not reply to customers. She lies to her buyers that she has been going through situations. She continues to make products and scams.
