I bought a large amount of grocery items from this site and received a credible looking receipt via email. 3 weeks later, I received no tracking number or indication that my order had shipped. I tried using their “contact us” portal on their website, which didn’t work. I emailed the email address listed on their site: [email protected]. The email bounced back. I called their customer support line listed on their site and got a generic voicemail greeting. I left a message that was never returned. Eventually, I contacted my credit card to report fraud and an investigation is pending.
