Ordered a GrillSync wireless cooking thermometer. The product arrived 17 days after the order was placed. Product didn’t charge or connect. Seller was evasive, offered for me to keep the defective product and to accept their 75% refund, which later changed to 85%. No email confirmation, they told me they would credit my card back, called back and then said the credit didn’t go through and they’d mail me a refund check. Each time they asked for my phone number, address and email address.
