I placed an order for “asap 30-minute delivery” on the website and received a confirmation email. The order included my phone number, so later I received a text from someone asking for a payment method. I decided to do zelle and the person Texting instructed me on how to complete payment giving me a name and different phone number to use on Zelle. I went to my checking Zelle account and when I completed the process, I texted a screenshot as instructed. It has now been two hours and the person is not responding to my text nor was anything delivered. That prompted me to go back into Zelle to cancel the transaction. I also screenshotted that confirmation to the person, but I have not received a response. I have the email and text messages as proof of this incident.
