April 30th, request an update on the PC as it never arrived or even tracked.
May 1st, get told to "pick a different case" because they supposedly didn't have purple. Really, should've caught on by then.
May 13th, it finally gets listed as "shipping"
UPS Never received it.
Support ghosts me.
May 18th, filed a claim with Chase Bank for a refund.
