Inquired about a shoe purchase on Poshmark. Chase Thomas urged me to make payment to him outside the company for a discounted price. I made multiple transaction to him, then he stopped contacting me, he wouldn't text or respond to emails. I tried to dispute via PayPal, but because i did a Friends and Family transfer (at his request due to fees), there was nothing PayPal could do. I failed to research the repercussions of going outside Poshmark, which is my fault. But this individual is using the Poshmark website to then persuade people to make personal transactions to steal their money.
