It’s not the amount lost that is most important to me. It’s the false advertising! Claim they are in New York and also claim EASY RETURNS! I reached out to return my purchase, took a week for an answer and was told it’s too difficult to return to keep the item and then offered a $7.00 and some change refund!

Grayson & Porter website shows high quality cotton/linen clothing, some with visible embroidery but I received thin polyester clothing with printed patterns instead of embroidery or incorrect item. They offered 15 & 20% discounts on return items instead of 100%. They are clearly a scam company.

They advertise this beautiful, elegant evening dress when it arrived two weeks later, it was nothing but a slip with lace sewn on it absolutely nothing like advertisement. I’ve attempted to contact them via email twice now, They offered to give me 15% of my money back? And a second email offering 20% back… I told them I want 100% back… we’re not playing let’s make a deal. I’ve yet to hear back from them.
