According to Gravity gliders advertisement returns / refunds are are 100percent gauranteed . I needed to return two gliders and have gotten the run around from this company . Numerous emails have been exchanged requesting to return the gliders and refund my credit card to no avail. The company will offer to replace the gliders , which I dont want and refuses to credit my account. Very frustrating .
