I was emailed an offer to interview with the hiring manager after my other application through a different company was denied and forwarded to them. The whole interview happened through a messenger app. There is little information about the company, and the 'recruiter' I messaged seemed to disregard many of the questions I asked during my interview. I continued the interview, and unfortunately, many of the red flags didn't appear until I stepped back from the situation and was offered clarity. I told them my name, address, email, phone number, and the bank I used. I did not give out my ssn or my bank account information.
