when you pay 1 dollar for the probationary period, the actual product is just some written suggestions about how measure engagement (count the number of comments on a post... commons sense things like this, not any analytics)
ALSO the probationary period is only 3 days, and they dont allow you to cancel your subscription in the first 24 hours- the button to cancel is frozen as "processing"
ALSO they have a pop up window that if you click it, automatically charges you 28 dollars more for some add on service, but it doesnt ask you to confirm or choose payment method, they automatically use whatever you previously paid with
Finally, when I emailed to cancel, they wrote back that I had to do it via the website/app it is the only way
When I cancelled, there were 4-7 pop up windows, forcing you to click through deals, before you can actually cancel
very predatory
