I ordered a pallet of airpod pros from Mathew Michael. I paid $440 which was supposed to include shipping. Once the shipping company, speedwagon logistics, took over they kept asking for money. Said I needed insurance which was $240. So I paid it. Then they said I needed a permit so they could deliver in my city, whis was $350. I paid for that. Then I had to pay $130 for a delay/ storage fee because the last payment took me a bit to get to the bank. I paid that. Then I had to pay for FDA certificate they said, which was $400. It took me a bit to get that to the bank, so they added a $270 charge for delay/storage. I paid that. They kept saying it was refunded once my package was delivered. They told me my package was to be delivered by 11am and by 5pm no package. I asked what the delay was, and was told i then needed to pay $540 for a refundable certification and authorization before my package was to be delivered. I then asked to cancel my order. They said my order couldn't be canceled nor delivered until I paid the $540. I paid all amounts on cashapp, and have requested my money back, only for them to decline.
