Ordered Nintendo Switch game from website. Forced to pay through PayPal to Susan Eberly. Received the wrong item addressed to a different person. No response to emails to correct the situation. Learned through reviews that this has happened to many other customers. Please shut GoWarehouse down.

I ordered a Radio Flyer trike. Purchase appeared on my credit card, but never arrived despite website saying it was "fulfilled." I tried to email twice which went unanswered and calling the number on the website went to a "full mailbox." Luckily my credit card company refunded my purchase.
