Received a letter in the mail for newly started personal business. This letter states it's is a 2025 safety manual order form. Stating that through federal OSHA laws we are required to provide a place of employment which is free from hazards likely to cause death or serious injuring to employees. That we have to have a written safety manual following OSHA standards. If we don't well be fined. That we have to send $295 to the address to get our safety manual. Yet we do not have any employees.
