The scammer operated via Facebook messaging wanted me to go to a Walmart store and buy Apple gift cards and send it to him via pictures on Facebook. They contacted me through a relatives messages on Facebook her Facebook I text her and ask her is this how you received your money because through messaging they said she received $20,000 I just had to pay a processing fee, somehow they had access to her messaging system and acted like they were my relative as far as the responses were concerned so I feel comfortable doing it was until after I pay the $800 and they were asking for more money that the red flags really started going off in my head by the time they got me for 800 bucks.

This person is using a government agencies to scam people for money. They are offering cash grants for people who qualify they will Google map your address to see where you live and everything else

was approached on Facebook by a multitude of friend requests by numerous people. i don't accept any who are out of state or out of a reasonable distance from me so if any request to meet this other person arrises, the travel distance is low. i accepted 3-4. one name was Joshua Hancock, Thomas Silvers, Agent Michael S Jackson & Government Organization. i received to links for contacting people proscoce lottery board, Facebook jackpot promo & a government grant agency. Thomas Silvers messed up by giving contact information from 2 of the 3 agencies listed above to claim these cash funds. that is when i started to investigate & found here that it is indeed a scam. you should never have to pay money to get free money. not even a shipping fee. this one is slick. it nearly got me because one of involved scammers listed above said that because i do live well below poverty level on ssdi that was one of the main reasons why i was chosen to get this huge cash award. also, USA grants are not awarded like it is put to you in this scam. you have to apply for them through a grant site or on a paper application form. they will not solicit by phone or start the grant process. i did give up my name, address, phone number & DOB, email address. agent jackson did get my password for Facebook which i immediately changed. if my personal info makes them think that they gonna try some ID theft, well, that already happened 3 yrs ago & ruined my credit, so good luck trying to open a credit card or any kind of loan

first it was my male friend Luis Rios from Facebook he messaged if I heard about the money just got delivered to him he he was wondering if I got money too. I said you joking with me and the he said I got huge of money, from Doughroller money life conjunction with Facebook award, they pick Facebook user randomly on here and I saw your name on the winning list to mine, are you sure you haven't get money yet. I said no he said you have miss a lot, he said you need to contact the agent fast so you can get the money delivered to you too you should give the agent Facebook and claim your winning money too.i ask him how much he got he said 200.000.00 so on he this is the the website you go hhpt:www.facebook.com/Agent-Michael-Brandon-Christopher-100585241562838/ he told me to click to claim my winning money. So in on im chatting the whole with Luis Rios I was chatting the same time with the Agent Michael Brandon he told me that I have to sent him my fullname full home address phone number occupation marital status date of birth incom email address and a photo copy of my driver license and here i did sent all that and the he told to send him my Facebook account and password and he told me after that I don't need to change my password he said for security reasons and due to the mix-up of some numbers and names, we ask that you keep this notification strictly from public notice until your claim has been processed and your money remitted. This is part of our security protocol avoid double claiming or acts by non participant's of this program. BE WARNED... he told me to get a 400. Gifts he said ebay gift card or apple gift cards so I did he said my money winning is approved and he gave me a FedEx reference number he told to check couple hours I waited he messaged me that the money before they can deliver i have to pay the delivery he to get Amazon 10 cards put 100 dollars each card to send the to him and he said the will be delivere soon after couple hours he contacted me that the delivery money was stop by IRS its w[censored]d so he told to release the i have to pay 4500 hundred i told him I don't have that kind of money he said he will help me for 1000 I will pay the rest meantime I was chatting with Luis Rios he said the same thing .I told him this is scam he said no this 100 percent real.

I know and have confirmed someone stole my friend's picture and adjusted her name from Jodi Lane-Vazquez to Jodi Vazquez, then sent me a friend request. She wouldn't need to refriend me on Facebook if she just adjusted her name, would she? I copied/saved the entire conversation with the fake Jodi Vazquez and screen shot the site she tried to get me to join and message with.

They are slick and have a name called Government organization, but it does not show when searched. Here is the link she sent: https://www.facebook.com/Government-organization-253361775066650/

I messaged my friend, Jodi Lane-Vazquez and she said Please report them, it is NOT me. They have already deleted the Jodi Vazquez FB account. The fake Jodi Vazquez no longer shows as my FB friend.

Facebook only gave me the option to Block or Hide that page, but I did not want to just block it from me. It is a scam I want to protect more people from. She said she saw my name on a list that she received when she won $50,000 and the list was delivered when she received her money from FedEx. I asked her to take a photo of the list and send to me. She eventually said when I won the $$ my lawyer took my phone, he was angry. I then asked her which was my favorite class she attended (real Jodi is one of my grads). We went back and forth, she said she was getting angry. I said I am angry. Here is the conversation:

Offering a grant for so much money and you pick the amount you want by going through the amounts, 1000 for 100,000, 1,500 for 150,000, 2,000 for 200,000, etc. I started wondering about it after it wanted money up front for a fee and shipping charges. It says it is Agent Louis and a government organization, but no more information than that. I figured you would fill out an application, but it only asked for your name, address, city, state, zip, e-mail, yearly income, and next of kin. The site is http://www.facebook.com/Agent-Louis-1163796720298243/ . If you could check this out for me and get back to me it would be appreciated.
