I received mailing about Annual Report filing for Florida businesses. It includes the following message "The item offered in this advertisement has NOT been approved or endorsed by any government agency, and this offer is NOT being made by an agency of the government."

Also asks for payment in the amount of $263.75 when the actual fee with Sunbiz to file annual reports for businesses is $138.75.

C.P.S. is acting in bad faith. Appears to be a scam for Florida businesses
