The Instagram add from gotosleeps.com advertised a product that I purchased. A tracking number was provided by tracking-hub.com. The order never arrived. Customer service is an obvious scam as well. The email response has numerous grammatical errors and blamed Trump Tariffs as to why the product is delayed. Total Scam.

I ordered my husband a present for Christmas at the beginning of December. I never received it. It was finally delivered in another town and at a PO box, which I do not have. I've went back and forth with them, and they will not give me a refund or admit that they sent it to the wrong address. They're running around in circles. Now they're all of a sudden all on vacation. I can send the emails if desired.
