I was looking for a Rottweiler Puppy online - He used the name Antonio Gonzalez of Gonzalez Antonio. He is selling puppies for $700.00, says they are AKC registered and 8 weeks old and up to date on shots. He said he needed a $250.00 deposit to hold a puppy. We attempted to pick the puppy up but he said he wasn't available. First he wanted me to send money through PayPal or Venmo, but my bank kept declining his /my request. Then he said I should get a gift card and message him photos of the card, front and back, which I did. I lost my Rott last week to bone cancer and I know now how vulnerable I was/am. We agreed to meet outside of Detroit near Saginaw, MI on 10/28/23 to pick up the puppy, at which time I would pay him the balance. We waited for over 2 hours. He never showed. I was blocked from the website and any messaging. I was scammed for sure. Thank you.
