GOPICKS- I ordered items and was charged $53.98 for items I never received. I then submitted a dispute with my CC company, and they said the merchant finally responded to them, but yet does not respond to my emails. I am escalating it to the fraudulent department, they have scammed many others other advertisement with Facebook.

This business offered NFL team 3D mugs for sale. I purchased them in late November for a Christmas gift, but it’s now late January and they have not arrived. Their tracking number showed them ship to a 3rd party shipper prior to the USPS, but they never arrived at the USPS and the company’s website and my tracking information are now no longer available.
