We are looking for a place to live and we saw a listing on Craigslist. We emailed and we were contacted by someone who claimed to be agent representing the property. He told us he need 65 per adult to run background check. Once we did that we could get a virtual tour. We paid and got the virtual tour. When done with tour we let him know we liked it. He quoted 5175 is how much we needed but to hold it 1000 would work but need to zelle 500 at a time from different accounts. At this point we realized we were scammed. Luckily on 65 dollars.
