This company promises to help you reduce cash advance debt. They approve the loan. They tell you the payment will be deposited within 30 minutes of signing the Docusign. Two hours pass with no respone and no deposit. When I do a follow up call they advise that the underwriter's withdrew from the loan and hang up the phone. With no notice your business account is deducted the original loan fees of $1700.00. When I asked for a refund I was told it was a mistake and they would solve it on their end immediately. The sales agent was name David York. He finally stopped responding to my text messages and my phone calls. The company itself uses AI software to answer its phone calls. I have left over half a dozen messages for somebody to reach out. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I even located a Facebook media page and attempted to message the owner if. Again, no response. Because it was a contract loan the bank will not help me get a refund. I was advised to file a smalls claim court case. I contacted the bank for legitimate company details and credentials and I never received those either. I believe that this is a scam group that have built this short-term identity representing a company that will help small businesses. They purposly take advantage of business owners and cause ultimate financial distress to the consumer. This organization needs to be exposed with no mercy for weak. They need to be held accountable for the their carelessness with our small community families.
