On May 12, 2025 I ordered a 14k charm from this site that had a listed price of 34.00$. This item was paid for and showed as processing. A week went by with absolutely no contact as to when the charm would be shipped. I checked repeatedly for an update. On May 19th, I reached out for an update. The response that finally came was very apologetic. Two days after I placed my order, the site doubled the price. They RAISED the price 50%. Even though I placed my order on the 12th, the site stated the price of gold was the reason for the price raise. They would not honor the price I bought the charm, which was at 34.00. They canceled my order. Prior to me reaching out for an update to when my item would be shipped from May 12th to May 19th there was never a mention of changing the price. They canceled my order for insufficient funds even though I paid the list price that was presented on May 12, 2025. They listed prices low then switch the prices once I ordered. To be fair the resolution offered was I pay 68.00 with a 20% discount. They were very nice and apologetic, but it is not a good business practice to bate with low prices then switch once the orders are placed.
