I order their perfume and body oil, i was chargers for the items but never received them. The company tried to charge me for a second order a month later but were not successful on second order because i deleted my information

I ordered the perfume on Jan. 12 and contacted through email on the 21st and they sent out automated email that says package will be sent out with in two business days of order. I explained it was way past two days and just keep getting automated responses. Asked for money back and another automated response. I want my money back.

I placed an order online on 12/20/25 and never received my order. I emailed them on 1/4/26 asking where my order is and if it wasn’t going to come soon then I want to cancel my order. They emailed me back and said they would look into canceling my order but despite multiple follow-up emails, they will not respond to me. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company who is going to refund my card the purchase amount

Goda Perfume had a buy one get one free offer. I ordered it, paid , it showed my purchase, info and shipping date, arrival day, For Saturday, then Sunday 'red flag' then Monday it didn't even exist! No where in my mail, tracking number didn't even exist in UPS. ??
