They sent me the wrong item, a plain pulse oximeter. When I ask for the correct item to be shipped and a return label, I was told it was out of stock. I could get a 50% refund and keep the item or for a full refund, I could pay the shipping to send it to China, which is where it came from, not the US. They mislead me there too.
