I ordered two net sponges that I never received. Based on tracking it was not able to be delivered. I contacted for refund and later saw a charge for $29.99. Thinking I was mistakenly charged again I reached out again via email. Received what seemed like an automated response so not addressing the charge in question. After some time I realized I had been charged again (29.99 x3) so I reached out again and finally got a response. They said a membership was selected at the time of checkout that was a free trial that would be charged and recurring until canceled. It was said to be "Premium VIP support and early access to product launches." A thing I never wanted nor received. I was refunded $22 for the sponges I never got but not the non-refundable "subscription fee" that I never asked for. So they got $90 out of me for supposed access to ads? A product/service never asked for nor received.
